Covid-19 (Coronavirus)
 
We are pleased to be able to confirm that although we have suspended face to face meetings, the majority of our services remain fully operational and our volunteers are available via telephone, email, and video call to continue to support you as always. However, this week, in response to the Coronavirus pandemic, TLC Network has migrated the whole organisation to home working arrangements which means that until further notice The Welcome Centre will be closed.
 
Our dedicated team of volunteers will continue to be available through our existing telephone and email helplines for Information, advice and support channels as usual.
 
Please don’t hesitate to call or email us, even if it’s just for some reassurance or information about local services, we are happy to help. We have many families registered with us for support and we will continue to do our very best during this period of change.
If you are experiencing any problems or feel like your not doing very well please get in touch with one of our team, if you find yourself with no food or other problems we can direct you to help and support so please do not suffer alone.
This is unprecedented times and being a situation were you are struggling is nothing to be ashamed of, please contact us. All our support is confidential and your details will not be shared unless you ask us.
